At VALCIS OOH, we want customers to understand what they are purchasing and the cancellation or refund terms that apply before placing an order.

This Refund Policy applies to purchases made through valcisooh.com.

Digital products

VALCIS OOH sells downloadable digital products, including guides and planning resources.

Where a digital product is made available for immediate download, you will be asked, where required by law, to expressly consent to receiving the digital content immediately and to acknowledge that once supply of the digital content begins, you lose your statutory 14-day right to cancel.

Once the digital content has been supplied following that consent and acknowledgement, we do not generally offer refunds simply because you have changed your mind.

This does not affect your statutory rights. If digital content is faulty, not as described, or otherwise does not meet rights provided to you by applicable consumer law, please contact us at contact@valcisooh.com so that we can investigate and provide an appropriate remedy where required.

If you experience a technical problem accessing a purchased digital product, please contact us and we will assist you.

Consultations and booked services

If you need to cancel or reschedule a consultation, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@valcisooh.com.

Where you have a statutory right to cancel an online service booking, that right will apply in accordance with applicable consumer law.

​

If you ask for a service to begin during an applicable cancellation period, different cancellation and payment rules may apply once performance of the service has begun.

​

Any additional cancellation or rescheduling conditions displayed during the booking process will form part of your booking terms.

Free consultations

No payment is taken for a Free OOH Discovery Call, so no monetary refund applies.

If you cannot attend your scheduled call, we ask that you cancel or reschedule where possible so that the appointment can be made available to somebody else.

 
Refund processing

Where a refund is due, it will normally be returned to the original payment method used for the transaction.

The time taken for funds to appear may depend on your payment provider or financial institution.
